Having worked for my family's development and home building company, and most recently for Dan Ryan Builders doing land acquisition and development work along the I-81 Corridor, I know it takes a team of committed partners to bring new home communities to life. Land development is a complicated process that can lead you through a bureaucratic and administrative maze that requires extensive diligence and persistence. I understand and expect a lot of challenges, even with simple land deals. With close to 30 years of experience in land acquisition, entitlement, subdivision, development, home building, marketing, and sales, I can help streamline the entire process.
